Licensing Ordering Scripts from Make-A-Movie Studios:
Licensing Agreement
Licensing Fees (all licenses last three years from date of payment). Once you've paid the Licensing Fee (purchase price), you agree to the following:
As the buyer, you cannot give or sell your buyers rights to another person.
Once the movie is on DVD, you can "Perform or Show" the production in front of an audience. You may collect admission. You may upload the DVD content to websites ONLY if you have signed waivers from the performers appearing in the movie.
You may NOT publish or sell the script.
You may NOT sell videotapes/DVD's to any families outside of the production.
SCREENWRITER CREDIT
In the credits of your movie, please include "Screenplay written by Shelley Frost"
ALTERING THE SCRIPT
If you make changes to the scripts, please add this information to the credits (for example, "adapted for this performance by [name of re-writer]".
USING WITHOUT LICENSING
If produce these scripts without paying the licensing fees, you are in violation of copyright law, and are liable for licensing costs plus discovery and collection costs.
